I enjoy sharing a good laugh with my friends, watching funny movies and reading books that make me smile. QUIET TIME is IMPORTANT for you TODAY. The Angels GUARD your WORLD, so this can HAPPEN.
I find the moments to simply be quiet today. Even if it is only five minutes here or there, I know my quiet time will be most appreciated. Angels, I am grateful for the support as you know how important it is for me to be still once in a while. Thank you for the loving guidance which teaches me to care for myself.

LAUGHTER is truly a MIRACLE worker. The Angels always SMILE when they HEAR you GIGGLE. They know HAPPINESS is in your HEART and that HEALING is taking place.
I laugh because I enjoy the sound of happiness ringing throughout my world. When I am happy I feel good, when I feel good others around me feel good too. I have noticed others smiling at me when I break a grin first and I find smiles happen naturally when someone smiles at me. Angels, how wonderful it is to have so many happy people in this world and you are a big part of it. Thank you for your loving guidance and support as well as your encouragement. I am grateful to know you look forward to hearing me giggle. I love you too!
