Okay Angels, this is not always the easiest thing for me to do. I try to remember not to speak unkind words about myself and when I say something that makes it sound like I don’t like myself, I can see it in the eyes of others that they are questioning why I don’t see what they see. How about I begin with saying “I Love You” every time I see my eyes in the mirror?

I know there is something to feeling good about myself that makes everything I do throughout my day go smoothly. Angels, I am just as honored to be with you as you are to be with me, how cool. As I accept myself I find a greater understanding of life itself. Angels, I am grateful for the loving guidance and support you bring me.
